Juice extractors separate the skin and fruit pulp from the juice extracted.
Isn't it better if we eat the fruit whole because some fruit skins contain flavenoids? Of course, we need to wash and clean the fruit well to rid it from wax and other contaminants.
I understand that extracted fruit juices are more digestible and contain enzymes. Thankyou.

I drink celery, carrot, broccoli, cabbage juice, etc, with the juice I make from my juice extractor, however my roommates make fun of me cause I do this.

I want to know the list of fruits that can go into each one. for example show I put the kiwi in the blender or Juice Extractor? what about apple, pear, banana .. etc, I want a complete list of fruits and the type of machine for them.

i want to buy a juice extractor, but there are so many brands, and prices, which brand do you guys suggest that i can buy for a reasonable price, not too cheap not too expensive, that will last for ages, cuz i had one for like 10 years and it worked marvels, but i got it from a relative and it got misplaced in the garage and i never found out the brand
